Burr Oak Manor provides services to: Advanced Aged; Alzheimers/Irreversible Dementia; Developmentally Disabled; Mental Illness/Emotionally Disturbed; Physically Disabled; Terminally Ill; Traumatic Brain Injury individuals and the very frail elders. Residents have unique needs, as do their families. At Burr Oak Manor, our residents receive 24-hour health care monitoring and guidance from a team of qualified professionals (house Physicians, house Psychiatrist, RNs, LPNs, CNAs/Primary Caregivers, Dietitians, and Housekeepers) who have received specialized training in Dementia/Alzheimer's, Mental illness and Eldercare. Our skilled staff appreciate and respond to the individualized needs of each resident and offer personalized supportive care and assistance in a comfortable secure environment. Burr Oak Manor provides you with room type options: 21 bed "Pamela Unit", quaint 6 bed "RoseMary Wing" or one of our two newly added Independent apartment/Suites! Your loved one will have the opportunity to enjoy planned daily therapeutic activities such as Arts & Crafts, Bingo, Cards, Board Games, Movies, Music Therapy, Recreational therapy, Pet Therapy, Inter generational Therapy, Community Outings, Shopping Trips, Escorted physician appointments, and programs geared to their interests and abilities. |
